BLCCC understands the demands of Emergency Services! You do not work 9-5 and neither do we! We stand by to assist you at anytime. 

If you have an apparatus go out of service due to malfunctioning equipment we will respond and get you back in-service regardless of who installed the equipment. We do not require you to even be one of our customers! However we hope that our service may convince you to become one!

We know how much an apparatus being out of service can effect you. Our response times are quick. Unless we are currently assisting other customers most of the time we will have a technician to you in under 2 hours depending on travel distance. 

Our Emergency Fees are standard for any Call-out and will not be charged at a higher rate due to work scope*. Emergency Response times should never exceed 24 hours from initial call from the customer, however if they do for reasons beyond our control, regular rates will apply in leu of emergency rates.

Fees and  Rates apply to the labor for a single technician only and do not include replacement parts, or addition labor if needed. Additional parts and labor will be quoted for the customer prior to any work being performed.

*Emergency Call-outs will only apply to repairs for frontline out of service apparatus. We do not consider a vehicle that needs equipment installed in a hurry or a vehicle that has been out of service for a extended period of time an Emergency. These will be quoted per usual.

**Call out fees will become due as soon as the call is placed and will remain due even if the customer calls back to cancel before we arrive onsite.

***Call-out fees are waived for work preformed by blccc in the last 30 days. Fees will also be waived for customers who subscribe to our service plan who will also receive labor at the contracted rate.
